Conditions of sale

We accept orders under the conditions listed below, unless different agreement but only if confirmed in writing. The prices are indicative because are valid only those in force at the time of shipping.

The minimum quantities are those of the packages indicated in this price list for each item. Orders that are not corresponding to those quantities, or to their multiples are automatically adjusted without requiring authorisation. Minimum billing € 200,00.

Leftovers of orders not completely fulfilled, unless different request, will be included in the subsequent shipment.

Free shipments, with means of transport of our choice, for net amounts exceeding € 1.000,00. For lower amounts the costs incurred will be charged in the invoice, unless paid by the customer or different agreement. Free packaging (except special packaging and pallets). Any claim for shortages or differences should be forwarded in writing within 8 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The terms of delivery are never binding, but always subject to availability. The customer cannot therefore expect the total or partial cancellation of the order, nor the diffusion of damages of any kind, in case of delays or reductions in supplies for various reasons.

Any return of goods for different reasons must be previously agreed with the company. Otherwise they will be returned to the sender with transport expenses debited.

The quality of Vorpa products is guaranteed. Defective parts are replaced or repaired free of charge. The parts with problems due to normal wear and tear, incorrect use or evident tampering, past expiry date for chemical products, are excluded from guarantee The return must be made ex-our headquarters indicating in the accompanying document the causal and the invoice data.

Payments must be carried out directly on our premises or to a person provided with our written authorization. Any discounts for short time payments should be calculated on the net amount of the goods. Rounding or arbitrary deductions are not allowed. Expenses and interest will be calculated on delayed payments In the case of non-respect of payment deadlines any pending supply contracts will be suspended.

For any dispute the competent Court will be Rimini.

Construction materials and the application conditions may vary from case to case. If you believe that a base material does not have sufficient resistance characteristics to use a particular fixing, please contact Vorpa technical service.

Technical data, information and recommendations in this price list are intended corrected and updated at the moment in which they are drawn up. The data were obtained from statistical tests performed in the laboratory or in other verified conditions and the user shall therefore use such data taking into good consideration the existing specific conditions and the intended use of the products in question.

Vorpa is able to provide advice and assistance of a general nature, but the nature of products implies that the ultimate responsibility on the choice of the fixing suitable for specific applications lies necessarily on the customer.

All the anchors must be used, handled and installed in accordance with the instructions for use regularly updated and published by Vorpa.

All fixings, as well as advice about them are given on the basis of Vorpa conditions of commercial conduct.

Vorpa is constantly committed toward the development of its products. We therefore reserve the right to change the technical specifications and other data without notice.
